Brief

So being as exhausted as I am I wlll keep this blog brief. Brief . Now that's a word that can have more than one meaning. Right? Brief as in short and sweet or add an s to the end and your talking briefs as in underwear . I bring up underwear because that is what my story of the day has to do with. So naturally after I give mY son a bath I send him on his way to dress himself for bed. Well tonight was different. After he ran off he re appears wearing nothing but a construction helmet! I yell at him to put some briefs on. He proceeds to laugh and run around in absolute naked bliss. Now I ask this. A construction helmet? Of all the hats the child owns that's what he runs out in? Should I worry? Nah! He is happy and really that's all that matters. Briefs or not.

So it's been suggested I start a blog. Wow ! Why didn't I do this before? Two crazy little kids, a raging republican husband and loving dog and cat. Boy oh boy do I have some material here. In a brief nutshell my name is Cecilia but I have many aliases. Some are but are not limited to mom, momma, mommy, acillia, babe and my personal favorite Penny. Whatever it may be it all boils down to the same ol term "mom". So basically I will share some funny stories and anything interesting that comes my way! My first story of the day. When a person goes to use the restroom one generally wants privacy. Correct? Well I am human and would indeed like privacy. Today I was in the bathroom whe I hear a knock. I yell out " leave me alone I need privacy!". I hate to tell a couple times. Then I hear Ben my 3 year old son cry. "Mother you're breaking my heart!". Well so much for privacy. Boom door opened. Hugs were given and tears were wiped away. All while momma was on the potty! For the love of Pete. So much for privacy. Kiss it good bye people. Once you become a parent kiss it goodbye.
